Gina K PREVIEW day 1

Gina K Designs has a new release on Thursday, DECEMBER 11th!!! Until then, the design team will have lots of fun samples to show you each day.

Today we are previewing the newest set from Asela called Framed Friends. What a cute set! It is filled with the cutest whimsical images that also have a smaller matching image (perfect for stamping on the envelope!) Gotta love that!

Here is my card---I was in a bright mood!
I stamped the little fella on two pieces of designer paper and on Gina K's 80lb Pure Luxury cardstock. I paper pieced the image and colored the cute ladybug with Prismacolor pencils. I popped a rain dot heart in his hands because it fit perfectly over the drawn heart. I used a strip punched with the Threading Water punch across the center...
Finally, I added the cute "XOXOXO" along the bottom.
This would be perfect for Valentine's day or a card when you want to let someone know you xoxo them!

Materials used: Stamps-Framed Friends (Gina K Designs, illustrated by Asela Hopkins); Memento tuxedo black ink; Designer paper- Sunshine Lollipops (Sassafras); Prismacolor pencil; Odorless mineral spirits; white cardstock (Gina K Pure Luxury- 80lb); ribbon (SU!); Threading water punch (Fiskars); heart punch (SU!); rain dot heart (Gina K Designs); dimensionals (SU!).
