16 Years Mini Album

Hi there! Well, I thought I would share this mini album I made for my daughter for her birthday.  She turns 16 in two weeks and I just cannot believe how the time has flown.  Truth be told--I am also posting this because yesterday I had one of those FANTASTIC mommy moments.  Yep...I arrived at her end-of-the-year awards assembly at 9 am, camera in hand.  Sadly, the ceremony was at 8 and I got there just in time to see the throngs leaving the auditorium.  Sad:(

So, I am making myself feel less crappy by posting this gift I made for her. It was on the SRM blog yesterday.  I used Echo Park This & That Graceful collection on it and tons of SRM stickers:

    the album is beautiful. I'd really beat myself for missing the ceremony. Seems like something like that happens to all of us at one time or another.

    Oh my, we have all had one of those 'fantastic' mom moments! So sorry you missed the ceremony. Your daughter will love getting this beautiful album! I won some SRM stickers a week or two ago, and can't wait to get home to work with them! Thanks for sharing...hugs!

    OH Carolyn, this is FABULOUS!!! LOVE it! I know how you feel about those FANTASTIC mommy moments. Had one myself this week when I went to Chloe's performance of Grease with a camera that had a dead battery :(

    My frequent FANTASTIC mommy moments usually involve leaving the camera card at home (I have this very bad habit of leaving it in the computer after downloading!!)
    I think your little memory album maks up for the "oops!"

    What a wonderful mini scrapbook/gift! I think it would be a nice project for me to have of my daughter so when I'm really missing her I can easily look over the amazing 22 years we had with her.
