You're Hot!

Hello! Today I have a fun Mother's Day card to share....fun greeting for a sister or a friend. (Or from a husband to a wife :) I used Sew Pretty (by Gina K Designs) to create this. I stamped right on the recipe patterned paper (October Afternoon) and then just paper pieced the apron and added a bit of lace overlay. I used a Copic marker to add a little pink to her cheek.

Fun!

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. What a "cool" card, Cammie! Love the image in only black and white except for the piecing and cheeks - awesome! Oh, and the darling "apron" too. Fabulous!

  2. Cammie - I'm crazy over your card. The recipe background and stitching make the perfect backdrop for that paper pieced dress with lace apron. This is so endearing.
