Gina K Inspiration Hop Day 2

Gina K. Designs welcomes you to another fabulous Inspiration Blog Hop.  We hope to inspire you with many ways to use the new stamp sets that were released on Thursday.  Today, we are showcasing Poster Board Christmas and Lots of Lines!

As you hop through the blogs, make sure to leave a comment on each of them because we will choose a few random commenters who will each win a grab bag of Gina K. Designs products! To see the full list of winners check the Big News Forum at StampTV a few days after the hops.

Here are my cards for today:
My first two cards use Poster Board Christmas---

I love the little sleigh and wanted to capture the magic of Christmas night on my first card.  I stamped the sentiment using Red Hot ink on a punched circle for the moon.  I embossed the sleigh in white below it.  I finished off the scene with a die cut of city buildings, a few rhinestone stars and a tiny dot of red stickles for Rudolph's nose :)

Next, I wanted to use this set for something other than Christmas---so I used one of the frames and created a monogram card:

Next is a card using Lots of Lines:

This is clean and simple.  I stamped the heart using Red Hot ink on white cardstock and then stamped the sentiment over it using black ink.  Easy.  LOVE the sentiments in this set!!

Next, I have two non-holiday cards using these two sets together---

I stamped the frame in black ink on ivory cardstock and then stamped the sentiment in Red Hot ink.  I punched a heart and added it above the sentiment using foam tape.  I used my Scor-Pal to score a few lines along the bottom and then added a strip of red cardstock (using the lines for perfect placement).

Here is another one:

I stamped the frame using Fresh Asparagus ink and then stamped the sentiment using black ink.  I colored the chipboard bird with a red Copic marker.
