This card features one of the new sets from Gina K Designs that will be revealed tomorrow night (SUNDAY!!) after the release party (from 7-9 p.m. central) on Splitcoaststampers. Join us there for some fun and challenges!!!
Gina is adding four new stamps sets (including the set you get free when you purchase any other three sets!). In addition to stamps, Gina is introducing her Bling & Dazzle embellishments. There are tag shapes and little flowers and the cool thing about these plastic pieces is that they can be stamped, colored and dyed with alcohol inks or markers or covered with patterned paper....so many possibilities. For more peeks at these embellishments and the newest stamps, check out Gina's blog!
For the card below, I used the new set called "Baskets of Happiness." There are three different basket stamps in this set and they are all beautiful. I colored the Bling & Dazzle embellishment flowers (on either side of the sentiment) the same color as I used on the stamped flowers. (The Copic markers work directly on them and dry so fast!) Amazing!
The image was colored with Copics and Prismacolor pencils. The flowers sparkle because I added some Stardust jellyroll pen accents to it.
