Simple Sunday...on a Saturday!

EDIT: Apparently I am tired. I was scheduling this for tomorrow and I obviously am clueless about the date. Woopsie:) Happy Saturday (almost Sunday!)

Happy Sunday (.....as in 4 days till turkey day........akkkk!)
My daughter and I went to see New Moon yesterday....and we loved it. Definitely can see why so many "switched teams" with this movie. As for me---I remain on Team Edward (but it is JUST because of the books!)

I created this awhile ago and never posted it.....

The balloon is from Eclectic Summer and the sentiment is from A Year of Leaves (both Gina K Designs). I thought it would be cute to create a "Missing you" card with this image so I, of course, had to trail a few punched hearts....easy and cute.

Blog Awards: I KNOW I am bad about mentioning these but I am trying to improve (smile!) Thanks so much to Rhonda and Christi who gave me this award. (Because I already did this a few posts below, I didn't fill out the survey again!) Just wanted to say thanks!!! Rhonda also gave me this award:

Thanks so much! Now I am passing them along to all of you! Have a GREAT day!
Thanks for stopping by!

Apparently it was kismet! I'd MEANT to make a card with a hot-air balloon Saturday - The first manned hot-air balloon flight was made on Nov 21, 1783 by Jean-François Pilâtre de Rozier and François Laurent, marquis d'Arlandes, traveling from the Château de la Muette across the Bois de Boulogne on the edge of Paris in a balloon made by Joseph-Michel and Jacques-Étienne Montgolfier.

Very cute layout with this image!!
I actually was thinking of you (and the service of your DH) last night while at a organ concert. The "finale" was a montage of pictures while the organist played and the narrater spoke of "I am an American".....let's just say, the tears came! (and once again, thank you and your DH for giving to ME the freedom that I enjoy so much!)

Oh I am so jealous :0) I haven't been to see the New Moon movie yet. I can't wait though, it does look like it is going to be really good. I do agree, I will always remain on team Edward too (because of the books). Super cute card! Good luck with Thanksgiving dinner, I'll knock on wood for ya :)
