Hello! I have another fun birthday card to share today. For this card, I used Paper Smooches Party Balloons Die and Celebrate Word Die.
I die cut the balloons and word from puffy adhesive foam. Then, I sponged the foam word with some distress inks. I added some balloon die cuts (Party Balloons Die set) to the top of the balloon outlines. I popped these over the splattered background:
I finished the card with a little puffy heart sticker!
I think I might make a set of these so I always have some birthday cards lying around.

What a fun card! I love the way you filled in the balloons!
Cuteness!!! You are so right...what a fun set this would make. You could keep them to give when you need one, or gift them as a set!
