Daisy Tee and Design Team Call

I just love these new (to me!) sets from Gina K. Designs! I recently received the releases I missed while I was away---and my mind is absolutely spinning with ideas---so many fun stamps to play with.

For this card I chose to use the adorable set from Melanie Muenchinger called Little Tees and I coupled it with Flowers for Daisy by Asela Hopkins. I love the combination of these sets and I have lots of ideas of different things for the tees! Such fun sets to play with!

I used the single daisy on the shirt and I stamped it on the shirt and also on the saffron cardstock. I cut out the flower part of the saffron cardstock and layered it over the one on the shirt. Then, I took a few Copic markers to add highlights and darken the center. The final touch on that flower was some Crystal Stickles.

I used the Swiss Dots embossing folder (from Stamper's Dream) to emboss the yellow circle behind the shirt. I used the two daisy image to decorate the plain white circle behind that. I used the threading water punch (which will be available at Gina K Designs on MONDAY!!!) along the bottom and I created the background design with my Scor-Pal!!

Here is a close up of the tee---I just love the way that daisy looks on it....hmm..wonder if I can find a shirt like that???
