Hey Chicken....and an apology!

Just a quick post today--

I want to share another card I did for the My Favorite Things release. This card features the set, "Punny Farm."

I used my cuttlebug to emboss strips for the background and I added some little dots coming out of the buckets to look like grain.....She is on a mission to feed those chickens! I also applied some stickles to the flower on her hat (hard to see in the picture!)

Materials used: stamps--Punny Farm-My Favorite Things; ink-black, choc chip; Copic markers; cuttlebug and embossing folder; Cropadile; Nestability dies; stickles-gold (ranger); circle punch (SU!); word window punch (SU!); Eyelet (SU!); hemp-Hobby Lobby; brads (The Paper Studio); dimensionals (SU!).

Finally, I want to apologize to my dear friend Carole. I did not mean to call her a craphead at the MFT release party. (Well, I didn't mean for everyone to hear it!!!) Carole and I are actually good friends (even if she is a craphead!) Check out her blog (http://motherslittlehelper.typepad.com/mothers_little_helper/) to see some amazing calendars she created using My Favorite Things stamps. (It is ok...she knows I love her!)

Happy Stamping! (And, yes, I am working on compiling the list of stamps that will be for sale--no small feat!!!)

I would accept your apology... if you hadn't called me a crap head over a dozen times! LOL! Your apology is quite unnecessary but if it will make you feel better, I accept it with the grace and good humor for which I am legendary. (hee)

Though you are an exceptionally talented stamper, I think your comments (over a dozen) reflected a deep insecurity about your pole dancing abilities. Comparing yourself to me is really being unfair; after all, I am a certified instructor and you are merely an amateur. I urge you to do whatever you need to do to start attending my classes (Wednesday nights in the Family Life Center at my church). You have a lot of potential, Cam, so hang in there (no pun intended).

Dork! :)

You guys are too much! I do agree with Carole that you should pursue your pole dancing with much more intensity as it could develop into a promising career. Who knows where it could take you!
