It's Monday (again!--doesn't there seem to be a few in a week?) and time for another CCEE challenge. This week was a supplies challenge and Tosh sent out the skunk image (Pun Fun- SU!), the scalloped ribbon, the dp, a set of sentiments and the die cuts to each of us.
We were to make a card using all the supplies and send it (optional) to Laurie, who HATES skunks (I am right there with her!). Nice Tosh! But, of course I had to play along because Laurie has tortured Tosh because she doesn't like monkey stamps. (Believe me---she had this comin'!)
I colored the image with Copics and cut out one of the flowers from the dp to attach over the stamped one. This was an easy way to coordinate the image with the paper. I added some pink to the stinker's cheeks and then added some stardust glitter over it for a bit of sparkle.

Awe Cammie... even skunks need a little love. Just think of them as purveyors of bad garlic.
My poor cat is still mourning the loss of her skunk friend (living next to a highway gives lots of opportunities to mourn the fleeting life of wildlife). The two of them used to sit under a full moon and stare at the stars swaying to some inner music. Generally the skunk sat under the deck and Sandycat on the deck and they talked through the wood. Very strange but kinda sweet. Have to agree though they're not so stinkin sweet when you see them walking through your front door (really gotta get a screen door so enjoying the night air isn't quite so risky!).
