The favorite gift I've made is to be given tomorrow to my church choir. It is a 16x20 canvas wall hanging. I mod podged tissue paper to the canvas and painted it blueberry. I inked the raised area with a darker shade of blueberry ink. I mod podged some sheet music in a couple of places and the covers of our 2 CD's in a couple of places.I added a crown made from Ten Seconds Studio metal and embellished with colored glass stones. I added a pair of angel wings. I silverleafed grungeboard letters and connected the letters with curled wire that had different crosses dangling here and there.I added beaded fringe to the bottom. I'll deliver it during church tomorrow morning... I hope they like it. It took me five weeks to create. ms.cheryl

Love the monogram set and I'll definitely have to check out the supplies used to make it. Looks amazing! My favorite gift I made was actually not a papercraft project but a "swinging doll" that was tole painted with a fabric dress and raffia long hair. She was so cute! I don't tole paint anymore - project setup and execution takes just too long for where I'm at in my life....small kids. Love papercrafts for how quickly they can be designed and executed and I still get the thrill of "making something". Thanks for the chance!

Oh, this is kind of a tough one, and maybe even a bit selfish. I want to make some canvases for the bathroom in my basement. So my gift is either to myself or my basement. Maybe it is a basement warming gift from me. (Does that qualify?) I have some gorgeous floral stamps that I am rolling around in my head -- figuratively, not literally cause that would hurt. One day very soon I will just go at it in a blaze of glory. I am sure the Earth will move or something that day!

Very cute monogrammed card set! I wouldn't mind receiving that gift myself. My favorite gift that I have made, so far, would have to be the very first scrapbook album that I made for someone else. It was an A-B-C Wedding album for my sister and bro.-in-law. My sister had mentioned that other than the professional photo's, she had no other candid shots from her wedding. I had 3 film rolls worth (before I went digital) so I took my extra copies and made her a gift album. The ones that really get the most enjoyment out of the album are her stepsons, b/c they were not able to attend the wedding. They love to look at it over and over. Have a blessed day! :)

Something I've wanted to make but haven't yet are beach shadow box frames. You take a small shadow box, put a black and white photo at the back of it of a favorite beach shot, fill some sand and shells in it so when it's on it's side there is a "beach" in the box. Then using a decal or etching glass liquid, put the name of the destination on the glass... I would love to use the Cricut for this!! whoohoo!

I love making homemade gifts for my mom. But the best is getting them from my daughter who is know 15. She is so creative. It's nice to see what she's going to come up with next.
