Get Organized Set

Hello! Today I have a project to share that will help with organization in my life... :)

It is a pencil holder with note pad and magnetic refrigerator list: I used a few collections from Echo Park Paper to create this (For the Record, Happy Days and Summer Days). They all work well together so it was a good way for me to use up my scraps.

Here is the magnetic refrigerator pad. After you design the pad (which is just a legal pad cut in half lengthwise), you can add adhesive magnetic strips to the back. I love having an easy (and visible) way to keep a running grocery list:

The heart at the top of the pad was cut with My Favorite Things Hearts a Plenty die. I cut the large heart several times and folded it in half and adhered the flaps together to create the dimension.

Here is the pencil holder and note pad:

I created my own little note pad by decorating the front cover and then cutting the inside pages. I simply punched a hole at the top and put a circle ring through it. This way you can easily add or remove pages.

The chipboard tag is by Echo Park (Happy Days) and I added a sentiment from SRM stickers (Life is Good).

I created the matching pen by inserting matching paper in the RSVP pen.

Supply list: Designer paper: Happy Days, For the Record, Summer Days (Echo Park Paper); Chipboard tag- Happy Days (Echo Park Paper); Die- Hearts a Plenty (My Favorite Things); Element stickers- For the Record, Dots & Stripes Metropolitan (Echo Park Paper); sentiment sticker-Life is Good (SRM Stickers); black pearls Recollections, Michael's); mini clothespin; pencil holder (Creatology, Michael's) ; legal pad (cut in half); hemp; RSVP Pen (Pentel); binder clip.

Have a great day! Thanks for stopping by!

Great idea for organization. Pretty colors! Do they match your kitchen? How did you cut the pad. I tried this once and the edges came out so jagged it looked messy! Yours is gorgeous!
