12 Days of Christmas Tags

Here is my tag. I was in charge of Day 4: Four Calling Birds:Here is the reason behind my design----> I used the number 4 for the day and the musical notes to show the "Calling" part. I added a die cut bird for the bird. There you have it- 4 calling birds!
