Sparkly Birthday

Happy Sunday :)
Did you see Paper Smooches new release (available Jan 31)?  It is all about BIRTHDAY!  I am very excited to guest design for them in February and I can honestly say...birthday cards are ones I always need.

So...here is a sparkly birthday card to get you excited for the month ahead:

I used the Celebrate Balloons and Celebrate Word dies on this one:) (available here at 8 pm PT on Jan 31!!) For two balloons I used the die to create a negative space and added patterned paper scraps behind.  For the sparkly balloon...I die cut the balloon and popped it up to give it dimension.
